Testimonials

As one of the UK’s first Virtual Assistants, I’ve built long-term working relationships with business owners and professionals, providing dependable PA, administrative and business support. Here are some of their experiences of working with me.

What My Clients Say

Investing in a long term relationship with Laura has been one of the best business decisions we’ve ever made. Delegating financial admin, invoicing, credit control and diary scheduling has freed me up to concentrate on what I’m best at. It’s no coincidence that our revenue has more than doubled in the time we’ve been working with her. Laura is a combination of all the best PAs I’ve ever worked with: smart, efficient, clear, honest, assertive and thoughtful. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I highly recommend Laura. Laura was my virtual PA for 13 years helping me manage the admin around my coaching practice. She responded to initial clients queries with friendly professionalism, ensured my electronic diary was kept up-to-date and assisted me with billing and payment. Had I not made the decision to reduce my coaching work (due to other work & commitments), I would have been delighted to use Laura’s services forever!

I have been working with Laura since April 2015 as my Virtual Assistant (VA). She is a bliss working with and I can only give her my warmest and most sincere recommendation. She is professional, effective, trustworthy and dedicated. The work she has done for me has always been top quality. If you are ever in need of a VA, I would just recommend calling her without further hesitation.

Laura has played an important part in helping Media Training Associates grow. She has helped with the organisation of course bookings and client liaison, invoicing, managing our website and dealing with other sundry projects as they arise. The concept of a Virtual Assistant to provide help on hand when we need it works brilliantly for us, and Laura has been great.
